Business Growth Program

Business Growth Program (BGP) is for entrepreneurs who already have an established venture and are now looking to grow it further.

BGP is an opportunity to take a step back from the routine of business operations and invest your energies on building and executing a comprehensive actionable strategy to take your existing business to newer heights.

This program is for founders of businesses that have been in operations for at least 2 years and have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 30 Million.

The program is also appropriate for those CEOs / MDs who are leading organisations of similar size.

The end result of BGP is pressing the growth pedal in terms of revenues and profitability, faster than the competition

BGP is innovatively designed program by The Entrepreneurship School (TES) that weaves education and business coaching into a seamless whole.

The program is delivered in a part-time manner, spread over 9 months, with 6 teaching modules of 2-3 days and our coaches conduct 1-on-1 sessions at your office.

Module 5: Business Strategy Presentation: 1-2days
Break: Implementation of the Business Strategy finalised above

Business Growth Program (BGP) isdesigned around the principal of shaping a strategy for your venture and then successfully implementing that strategy in real business.
